ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Klear
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: ระบบจะดึงข้อมูลเพียง ชื่อและรูปโปรไฟล์ จากบัญชีที่คุณใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ (LINE หรือ Google) เพื่อใช้แสดงผลร่วมกับสมาชิกในทริปเท่านั้น
การประมวลผลด้วย AI: รูปภาพใบเสร็จหรือสลิปที่คุณอัปโหลด จะถูกส่งไปประมวลผลด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่ออ่านค่าใช้จ่ายและหมวดหมู่โดยอัตโนมัติ โดยระบบจะไม่นำภาพไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกเหนือจากการทำงานของแอปพลิเคชัน
พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล (Google Drive): ไฟล์รูปภาพหลักฐานการโอนและใบเสร็จ จะถูกอัปโหลดและจัดเก็บไปยังบัญชี Google Drive ของผู้สร้างทริปหรือพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ได้รับอนุญาต ระบบจะไม่มีการเข้าถึงไฟล์อื่นๆ ส่วนตัวของคุณที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับแอปพลิเคชัน
ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ: Klear เป็นเพียงเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกในการบันทึกและคำนวณการหารค่าใช้จ่าย ไม่ใช่สถาบันทางการเงิน ผู้ใช้ควรตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของตัวเลขและยอดการโอนเงินด้วยตนเองทุกครั้งก่อนทำธุรกรรมจริง
สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล (ตามกฎหมาย PDPA): ผู้ใช้งานมีสิทธิในการเข้าถึง ขอดู แก้ไข หรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเองได้ตลอดเวลา หากต้องการลบข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ ลบประวัติการทำรายการ หรือถอนความยินยอม สามารถดำเนินการได้ผ่านเมนู [ตั้งค่า > ลบบัญชี] หรือติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบได้ที่ n.kulsuwan@gmail.com โดยระบบจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลของคุณออกจากฐานข้อมูลภายใน 30 วัน
ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา: ข้อมูลและประวัติการใช้จ่ายของคุณจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ตราบเท่าที่คุณยังใช้งานบัญชีอยู่ หรือจนกว่าจะมีการร้องขอให้ลบข้อมูล
Klear App Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Personal Data: We collect only your name and profile picture from your login provider (LINE or Google). This information is used exclusively for display purposes to other members within your trips.
AI Processing: Receipt or slip images you upload will be processed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically extract expense amounts and categories. Your images will not be used for any purposes outside of the app's core functionality.
Data Storage (Google Drive): Uploaded files, such as receipts and payment slips, will be stored directly in the authorized Google Drive of the trip creator or the designated shared space. The app will never access your private files unrelated to Klear.
Disclaimer of Liability: Klear is strictly a calculation and tracking tool for shared expenses, not a financial institution. Users are responsible for verifying all numbers and final balances independently before making any actual money transfers.
User Rights (Under PDPA): You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account, remove transaction history, or withdraw your consent, you can use the [Settings > Delete Account] menu or contact our support team at n.kulsuwan@gmail.com. We will process your data deletion request within 30 days.
Data Retention: Your data and transaction history will be retained as long as your account is active or until a formal deletion request is made.
